Acquired by the Albatros Group at the beginning of 2018, Hotel Hvide Falk’s purpose of providing a comfortable stay and reflecting an authentic Greenlandic experience extends to its services and knowledge of the area, by offering sled tours during the winter season, and sailing trips to the icefjord, the Ilimanaq village and Oqaatsut during the summer.
The restaurant is on the ground floor off the lobby. It is a large room with huge windows on two sides, the better to enjoy spectacular nature around you. Hotel Hvide Falk’s restaurant combines Greenlandic ingredients with trends from Asian cuisine, with a menu created by a chef with a wide expertise in the local flavors and ingredients.
