Situated on the 3rd and 4th floor, our Polar Class rooms have the very best location. Please let us know if you have any particular requests in regard to the view – we will meet them if at all possible.
When you book a Polar Class Room , you will get free internet access during your entire stay.
You will find a luscious terrycloth bathrobe in your room, and a wide selection of personal care products is provided for your convenience in the bathroom.
Your Polar Class room has coffee and tea making facilities, and on your day of arrival snacks will be provided.
When can I check in?
You can check in from 2:00PM. If you arrive earlier, you can store your baggage in the hotel’s baggage area until your room is ready. If the room has been cleaned and is ready before 2:00PM, you may have access to the room earlier
When do I have to check out?
The room is yours until 10.00PM on your day of departure. If you want to check out later than 10:00PM you must contact the reception. Late check-out depends on the availability at the hotel and is only per request. Please note that we charge a late check-out fee.
If you Check-out after 04.00PM the amount will correspond to an entire night.
All Polar Class rooms are equipped with comfortable beds from Jensen Senge as well as a flat-screen TV with free-of-charge access to TV and radio channels. Moreover, all Polar Class rooms have a safety deposit box.
The price of the room includes a delicious morning buffet, which is served in our restaurant at the 5th floor.
