Aurora hut Igloo is a tiny hut you can sleep in, made almost entirely of
glass, and is one of its kind in Greenland.
If you are looking for a unique experience of aurora, the northern lights,
then the right place to spend the night is right here in the capital of
Greenland.
The tiny hut is such a fine construction that you can watch the aurora
while lying on the bed, with a view of Nuuk’s Fiord and Sermitsiaq
Nuuk’s distinguished mountain. You can sit right outside the hut and
enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful view of the northern lights, and you
can easily go inside the hut if you get cold.
There is a queen size bed.
The windows have curtains.
With radio and bluetooth you have the opportunity to play your own
music list with a great sound.
The electricity is provided from a methanol battery, and the hut has light
installed all round both inside and outside.
It is warmed from an oil burner and is warm and cozy, you can regulate
the heat yourself and there is also an air conditioner.
It has two small gas kitchen stoves.
It has running drinking water.
It has a toilet. The pee goes to the sludge tank and the poo goes to a
bag underneath.
If you still need some wellness there is a sauna with a window and an
outdoor hot tub right next to the hut you can lease.
